Lived here 3 months, havent had a working oven heater or ac most of the time, she said she would fix so many things wrong and never did. We over payed for this POS trailor and cant even get out of the lease unless we pay for 2 more months
I love this community. The management was extremely helpful and the maintenance team was very efficient. I would recommend this community to anyone. They really care about their tenants.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Ask them how they treat our Veterans. 72 year old retired veteran being railroaded into selling his mobile home because the owners will make more money if THEY own the home and rent home/lot.
Most of the people I know there are really good and friendly and most keep to themselves.
